    Tennis Facility

    The two artificial grass courts with quartz sand and 2 padel courts are beautifully located in the resort’s gardens, within a small sports arena beside two padel tennis courts and a football pitch. Our coach will be happy to offer you an introductory lesson to padel!

     

    Resort Location

    The Vivosa Resort Apulia is located near the most southerly point of the Italian bootheel in Marina di Ugento. The resort is separated from the turquoise-coloured Ionian Sea only by a protected pine wood. The distance from the residential units to the shallow sand beach is 300-500m. The nearest town, Torre San Giovanni, is about 2km away. The historic cultural city of Lecce is about 60km away and the airport at Brindisi 125km (about 2 hours’ drive).

     

    Hotel Facilities

    This appealing 4* all-inclusive resort is ideal for couples, families and guests seeking relaxation and a sporty holiday in sophisticated and environmentally friendly surroundings. The 23-hectare site has a wonderful pool area with three pools, water slide, whirlpool, children’s pool, baby pool, a fitness room, two restaurants, lounge bar, pool bar and beach bar. Wi-Fi access throughout the resort is free of charge. There is also an award-winning 800sqm-sized wellness and spa area (access from 16 years-old). Here you will find a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, massages and treatments and a beauty centre (additional charge). The 333 guest rooms and 10 villas are tastefully decorated with modern appliances. All room units are equipped with bath, shower/WC, air conditioning, satellite TV, hairdryer and safe.

     

    Catering

    The Vivosa Resort stands for high-class cuisine! The extensive all-inclusive catering includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, pastries, ice cream and evening meals from a buffet. In the central restaurant Via Appia you have a choice of imaginative Mediterranean and international cuisine. The á-la-carte restaurant “A´Puteca” offers candlelight dining with typical regional and national food (additional charge, reservation necessary). A large choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is included at mealtimes and in the bars daily from 9am-11pm. The resort’s cooking classes are especially popular among guests!

     

    Sport & Entertainment

    Guests at the Vivosa Resort have a wide variety of sporting activities to choose from, including football, archery, Nordic walking, outdoor cycling, aerobics, aqua aerobics, pilates, step aerobics, tai chi, yoga and bicycle rental. Water sports on the beach such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, pedal boats and snorkelling are offered by outside vendors for an additional charge. There is an excellent entertainment programme during daytime and the evening for both adults and children, with shows, live music and theme nights. In the Vivosa Ecokids area, children’s’ environmentally-oriented highlights include a climbing wood, beekeeping, Vivosa farm, falconry and eco learning days. For children aged 4-12 there is a kids club, play area, pools and mini disco.
